« Guided Reading | Main | Jack and the Beanstalk »
In Key Stage One we are rewarding reading by giving each child some rocket fuel!
Every child has their own rocket. In our sink area we have displayed eight planets and the sun. We all started on the sun. Then each time we read a book at home and at school we gain rocket fuel. This means that our rockets are able to fly to the next star. When we land on a planet we get a prize. When we land on the last planet we will be presented with a special prize in assembly.
Everyone is much more excited about reading at home and at school!
Who is in the lead? Pop into school and find out.
