We made our own songs using a program called 'Garage Band.' We had to find 30 different sounds covering bass, rhythm and melody. Then we used these to build up a song out of even building blocks. We then learned how to fade in and out the song and add pauses. Mrs Lawson and Mrs Pigott were very impressed by the results.
We then used our songs as background music to a film that we produced from a variety of space clips. We are awaiting our finished product to view in class. We are very excited!

Wow! This sounds fantastic Year 6. Perhaps we have some budding composers for the future. Well done.

I enjoyed this so much! We took lots of different instrument sounds and then put put them all into a song. I had a great time!
