Parents into Literacy Lessons.

A big thank you to all parents who took the time to come and spend a Literacy lesson with their child to see how hard they work.

Year 5 were writing some exciting stories, and including wow! vocabulary such as adjectives, connectives and sentence starters.

The children really enjoyed working with their parents, and sharing their writing with them. The comments left by the parents showed that they enjoyed the lesson as well, and appreciated how hard their children were working.

My Mam thought it was good to be able to come into the lesson and work with me. We had fun doing the writing.

It was alot of fun and I am much better at Literacy lesson now. I and my mam would like to do it again as she does not get the chance very often.
